What HOMEMAKER guarantees
When we sign as surety, we take on the rental risk — backed by a 4-layer protection structure that covers the landlord regardless of tenant outcome. All Surety Agreements are POPIA and Rental Housing Act compliant.
Important
The R1,000 commitment fee is non-refundable. Facilitation does not guarantee placement on any specific property — the landlord retains final say. If we cannot place you, we'll keep working until you find a fit.
